All transactions are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion. Pricing, dates, and availability are subject to change without notice. Any deposits or payments made are subject to our cancellation and refund policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program Description. Alaska Trophy Fishing Safaris communicates via SMS text message programs. You may opt in by texting a keyword to our number, submitting a form on the Site or appointment calendar, or in connection with a purchase or service enrollment. Upon opting in, you will receive a welcome message confirming enrollment.

Consent Not Required. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is never required to purchase goods or services from us.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. We also offer one-time text messages for specific informational topics; opting in for these does not enroll you in any recurring program.

Costs. We do not charge separately for SMS communications. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Autodialer Disclosure. We may use an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) as defined under 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200 to deliver text messages and/or phone calls to the number you provide. By opting in, you consent to this use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
